Offer live chat as an option on your website. I have at times waited on hold for quite a while and sometimes am misunderstood. If you had live chat, I could type out my question or concern. I think it would be very helpful and received by many. There are a few sites that offer similar type service. I have found it very useful and feel that with the current times of texting, etc., it would be a great benefit and even better customer service.
