line cancellation probleme

Hi i received a call today to let me know that my line was about to be cancelled if i don't call back. I tried to call back on the *611 but i got confused

If you need to discuss anything related to your account, you will need to call *611 and selection Option 5.

The only time you get a cal like that is when you haven't paid your bill. Just make a payment online and you'll be fine.

May be a prank call.
