I always use pre-auth credit card payment to pay my Koodo bill. Unfortunately around the same time that Koodo was supposedly deduct the payment, my card was compromised. Koodo self serve website shows that the payment went through and then reversed the next day. I didn't get any notification when this happen and wasn't aware until I received my next bill with extra late charges. Koodo should've notify me when the payment didn't go through so that I can use other ways of payment to avoid this late charges. I am being penalized for something beyond my control (card was compromised and had to be cancelled.) Koodo should implement this notification system, especially if any of this will affect our credit rating!!!!
