Koodo Should Send SMS Instead of MMS When Conducting Corporate Communications

Koodo, maybe dont send MMS messages to your customers as this causes confusion for those without a data plan and have data blocked or data turned off. Just stick with a regular SMS for such a simple message. http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/is_5140_lehit http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/what_kind_of_a_text_would_come_from_5140_it_is_a_download_and_i_dont_want_to_open_it http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/can_u_please_tell_me_if_u_send_downlaods_to_my_phone_the_number_is_5140

Hey Dennis, Thanks for the idea. The reason why we used MMS was because we were able to include more characters. It was our first trying it out and it was a lesson learned. We won't be sending one again 🙂 Thanks again for this! Sumaya

Hey DanielAJ, we were sharing news about our upcoming new PPU roaming rates that's coming out on August 28th. Also, free incoming text when you're roaming in the states 🙂

Regular SMS would be better as it has a higher chance of reaching to more customers because of data blocking/etc for MMS. Plus, it's just easier.
