Looks like it is not a one time thing, and I am getting monthly paper bills. 😒

The code does say though that you are (or at least should be) on ebills. I do know some of the older customers who still get them so its not completely news to me.

Active method #0 is ebill, active method #1 is paper. So both.

I figured out how to fix it. Edited the HTML on the old Self Serve to show the paper bill option. Did some enabling and disabling with old and new Self Serve. Now it's either only paper or only ebill, not both, on my account.
