My phone number is with Primus now. It used to be my Bell landline. Now its an internet number but Primus said it is available for transfer anytime. I helped my husband join Koodo and this is when they said our number was not good. The techs at Primus said they just had to call them to get the number and it would be released. I don't see where I can get in contact with Koodo to work this out. The phone and plan was ordered today but I want my old number. What can I do? Any ideas?
