Koodo return policy for headphones


What is the return policy for headphones? If headphone was purchased within 15 days but I was unhappy with them would I be eligible for a full refund?

Well I didn't make the purchase I'm actually a koodo employee. As far as I know headphones can be returned as long as they're not worn and within 15 days. I sold a pair of LG tone pros to someone and the decided to return in while I was off. My manager called me swearing and yelling that we aren't allowed to return headphones. Soooo I'm expecting him to freak out when I'm in next and I just wanted to see if something changed in the return policy for headphones that Im not aware of.

I guess those in-ear headphones might be considered like Swimwear. However, restrictions on returns should be clearly communicated to customers, usually by some form of signage, or by a statement on the receipt.

In this I let her know it can't be worn. She was purchasing it as a.gift and wasn't sure which of the two models the person wanted. I'm unsure whether or not she opened it or not because after yelling my manager hung up lol so just wanted to make sure the policy is still to be able to return unworn headphones
