KOODO preventing me from canceling!! Help!

Anyone know how I can cancel my account?

Been hung up on 3 times while waiting for customer support.

On hold for 2 hours now.

Contacted their Facebook support but their forms conveniently don't work.

Messaged them on Twitter, NO RESPONSE (except from Fido Solutions offering me a plan with them).

I have reported this to Better Business Bureau. At my wits end!

Any help to cancel and get them to stop charging me would help.

Direct Message on Twitter should be private, and not accessible to Fido Solutions. Might you have made a public Tweet instead? If so, those may not receive a response.

IF you are moving to another Canadian carrier, porting your number will cancel your Koodo account. Else, you will need to speak with a CSR at Koodo to cancel. Use Dinh's suggestion for the least pain.
