My phone will not connect to a network wondering why? I have tried everything from battery out and trying to connect the phone to the koodo network tells me unavailable.

There is an outage right now. Koodo customers cannot make outgoing calls to any cell phone #. We're aware of issue and we're working on it. No estimated time of repair

Hey Sarah-Ann, The issue is now resolved. You just have to remove/reinsert the SIM card as well as the battery (if applicable) : it refreshes the phone system. If you're still not able to connect to the network, give us a call by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a land line.
