Koodo needs to improve their customer service and rollback their web site upgrades


First of all, the customer representative becomes not reachable now: endless F**King message voice instead of a human picking up the phone and answer me!!!

Second, in past few years, I have seen at least 2 major upgrades for Koodo's website, but very frustrated by the new UIs. They really suck!! I wish they can rollback to the version back to 2011 when I first started with Koodo.

Third, in the self service menus, Koodo should have provided option for customers like me who's frustrated with the customer services and shitty web site to cancel the service online. That makes the life easier for customers!!!
