Koodo kiosk reps have been very helpful, and go the distance for customers.


Was looking to upgrade my current phone, to something more recent. The koodo staff in montreal is always super helpful, and even took my name down to let me know when they recieve new stock for an out of stock model(no guarantees, but its a nice effort). Keep up the great customer service #1

lol @ Jonathan :oP Actually, I need to add my vote here. We have a single kiosk in Sherbrooke, and the people over there are nice and helpful (and the female reps are stunning, but that's both a perk and another story, haha). Fun fun fact: in Sherbrooke, the Koodo booth is in the mall, facing the Rogers one. Invariably, the Rogers one is dead quiet and the koodo one is always busy, unless you go at 10AM (but who does that?!). Thumbs up from me!
