Recently, Koodo has been texting me and sending me emails at least once a week with some offers that I am not interested in. Also, every time I login to Self-Serve, there's an annoying pop-up in the top-right corner telling me about an offer that I don't want. I actually got an offer today telling me I can get a Samsung Galaxy S7 for $0... but guess what? I already HAVE a Samsung Galaxy S7 with Koodo that is paid off fully.
These messages are spam, and if they were only sent to me once in a blue moon it would be acceptable, but the fact that they are weekly, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week, is extremely irritating and ridiculous. I have already used the unsubscribe button for the email messages, but they keep coming. As far as I can tell, there is no way to stop the text messages.
[b]My question is this: is there a way to STOP the spam text messages and spam emails from Koodo? Or can a Koodo employee disable them for my account?
