Koodo is spamming me, and it's getting annoying.

Recently, Koodo has been texting me and sending me emails at least once a week with some offers that I am not interested in. Also, every time I login to Self-Serve, there's an annoying pop-up in the top-right corner telling me about an offer that I don't want. I actually got an offer today telling me I can get a Samsung Galaxy S7 for $0... but guess what? I already HAVE a Samsung Galaxy S7 with Koodo that is paid off fully.

These messages are spam, and if they were only sent to me once in a blue moon it would be acceptable, but the fact that they are weekly, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week, is extremely irritating and ridiculous. I have already used the unsubscribe button for the email messages, but they keep coming. As far as I can tell, there is no way to stop the text messages.

[b]My question is this: is there a way to STOP the spam text messages and spam emails from Koodo? Or can a Koodo employee disable them for my account?

With the text messages there should be a line at the bottom that says "text (something) to unsubscribe from further deals". For emails there should be an unsubscribe button at the very bottom of the email in small print.
