I see that someone already made a post like this specifically about tabs, and someone linked the written captions for specifically tabs... But that doesn't seem to exist for other FAQs, for example, managing billing... All just videos. I absolutely hate watching tutorial videos and it's annoying to have to listen to information when reading it is much faster and doesn't feel as patronizing.
What is wrong with koodo that they can't just include a text version side by side with the video? I want to understand unexplained charges on my bill, so I'm already sort of annoyed and this only makes me feel that koodo has pretty unsatisfactory customer service model... Some people can't view video, or they may have disabilities that would require that the videos at least have close captioning (they do not).
Am I the only person annoyed by this oversight? I just switched to koodo and between this and extra charges I already have a bad feeling about it.
