Koodo Error Message when upgrading phone

I am having trouble completing  my order.

An error message pops up as soon as I am about to buy the phone saying: “whoops! Looks like the credit number you entered did not get processed. To place an order please use a valid Canadian credit card...”

I am using the same card I use to pay off my phone and it’s a Canadian credit card….not sure what the issue is…?

Was the credit card under your name and having the same address as in your self-serve account? Also was it a credit card or a Visa/Master debit ? I think their webstore have stricter rules for credit card for online purchase.
