I have sent the epp form on last Friday but I haven't get any confirmation from  koodo side and I received my bill with no discount. What should I have to do.

I will contact my colleagues from EPP Team and ask them to verify what happened with your form.

I tried to send them mail as well but haven't get any respond.

Usually it’ll take a few days to get it applied. If you just submitted it on Friday and have already received a bill you’ll likely see the discount on your next one.
