I need to speak with a representative but koodo assistant is not working for me. Nothing  happens When I click on  "chat now" 

I bought a new phone online this evening and it seems that my whole plan has been switched to the new phone that hasn't even shipped so I now can't text or use data without purchasing an add-on on my current phone

That’s odd, @Haasy33 . Have you tried a different device/browser to see if that resolves the issue?


Also, the new purchase should not have caused any issues with your service. However, I do see that you have Data Block activated on your line ending in 82. Not sure if this was deliberate or by accident, but this is likely the reason why you can’t use any data, as this feature helps prevent accidental data usage (which in turn means it would prevent you from using any data at all). If you don’t need this feature, you can easily remove it from your Self Serve account, and that should help resolve the problem.
