Koodo Assist "ASK ME" button does nothing

The "ASK ME" button doesn't work via Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Edge browsers for the following sites for me;
  1. https://www.koodomobile.com/contact-us
  2. https://www.koodomobile.com/help?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_support
  3. koodo.com/chat
Therefore I can't request a callback to ask to enable VoLTE and Wifi calling on my Pixel 3

Hey Kerem - I haven't seen any other mentions of this happening, but would like to see if we can replicate it and fix your issue. Would you be okay if I gave you a quick call to try and learn more about the issue?

I'm able to use the assist tool from home so I am assuming the problem is caused by my work network

Thank you for your interest but I think I can work around this
Same issue here, it brings up a thing that says try typing etc etc but there's nowhere to type other than the search the community place. I've tried both firefox, IE and then on my phone through Chrome.
