Koodo and eSIM

It's 2021, we're in one of the most developed countries in the world, many companies offer same-day or next-day delivery, and there is a pandemic going on, so people avoid going out and having contact with strangers unnecessarily, but Koodo customers have to go to a store for a QR code to use the latest technology and switch from their previous iPhone to the newest iPhone? What a joke. Creates unnecessary waste because of your one-time use plastic that is probably not even recyclable, while some other carriers in Canada provide these QR codes on their websites. Even your colleagues at TELUS sell the QR codes online and ship them so at least people don't have to waste time going to a store!

It is their strategy with 1st tier and 2nd tier. 1st Tier carriers like Telus have everything and they wanted you to move to Telus from Koodo. Koodo didn't have all product/services or limited offerings.

Having said that, I agree that Koodo should offer online eSIM.

If this is something you think Koodo should consider, you can post this as an Idea.

The entire point of the esim is that it doesn't have to be physical. The fact it's not available when you order or through self serve is criminal
