I have tried to contact Koodo for over 2 months now about this, I have been paying $60 a month for my phone yet I lose service every time I leave the house within 10 minutes and keep losing connection, I have a good phone and live in the city. Please help

It may not be a good phone. Does anyone else with Koodo/Telus have the same issues wherever you are? Do you have another phone to put your Sim card in it to see if the problem follows? Or know anyone you can do that with?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
