Issues with service/reception in Golden, B.C.

We recently moved to Golden, B.C. When we purchased our property 2 years ago we had no issues with getting reception at our place. For the past year or so the reception has been terrible in the same place it used to be good. We've noticed its especially bad on long weekends (when the tower is probably overburdened). Has a tower gone out in the past year? is it over worked? If someone could look into this that would be great because our phones have essentially become useless at our home and when we bought it 2 years ago they worked fine.

When Koodo reopens in the morning, dial *611 from your phone and select option 6 (technical support). A representative should be able to see if there are any issues with the tower that services your area.
