I’ve been attempting to speak to an actual person but I’m not having any luck. The koodo assist is unable to help, and the call back program doesn’t work properly. When I get the call the system is unresponsive regardless of what number I press to try and speak to someone. I’m trying to follow up regarding a loyalty call I received and cannot actually speak to someone. How can I talk to an actual person?

If you are not getting through with the digital assistant, you could also send them a message on Facebook or Twitter pm.
Edit: what number did you get the call from? Try calling that back… you might have more of a chance to get the rep you need.
