I registered an account in Kudu in the following services, but I am waiting for approval from another email so that I can use the services and view invoices. What is that email?

Are you a new koodo customer? Did you place your order online? Did you receive you sim card yet? 

 

This is the message that appears to me. I am a customer for 5 months and I registered with the services a month ago, but I cannot log in to the services for this reason.

If you have active service with Koodo, go to Koodo assist. Tell it that you are unable to login and it can reset your koodo self serve registration
