I got a certified pre-owned phone (iPhone XS) for my father back in March and the phone went completely dead not even 2 months in after having the phone. I followed the instructions for warranty repair, taking to a Telus store. The first store said I had to contact Apple directly and when I did that they said it wasn’t under warranty so it’ll cost $800+ in repairs. I obviously stated it is under the 1-year warranty and they said give me proof. So I opted to try a different Telus store. They were more helpful and actually called Koodo or Apple or whoever they were to call, was able to get a repair ticket made and sent the phone to Apple (in Toronto I guess since that’s the address I saw). 5 days later the phone was returned with a message stating phone can not be repaired due to unauthorized modifications were made to the phone. This was not the case so the rep at the Telus store sent the phone for repair again stating specifically the phone is under warranty and no modifications were m
Outgoing call not working while roaming outside of Canada (easy roam).I am India and easy roam activated.receiving incoming calls and outgoing call is not working. Getting message saying outgoing call from this number is not allowed.

I got an email about a $10 bill credit on Koodo when registering for Telus Health Mycare app.1. I want to know if it's a legit email and offer from Koodo 2. If it is, what to do when registering on the app? Any special code or input so that the credit will apply to my Koodo account? Thanks
I bought an iphone 12 mini a week ago and put the new sim card in. The data, messaging and calling do not work. They do work on my old phone still though. I dont want to just transfer the old sim card to the new phone though, because ive taken pics and videos over the last week that I dont want to lose. Is there a way to just get the data, messaging and phone changed to the new sim card without losing any of the pics/vids I have?
Starting this afternoon the Koodo network no longer allows my phone to connect. My partner is also with Koodo and her phone is connecting to the network just fine which makes me think that something has changed regarding my account.I’m not overdue on any bills and I don’t see any activity in the self-serve.I have tried to schedule a callback with a rep but the service tells me they’re busier than usual right now and does not give me any option to proceed.Right now I’m concerned that I’m being sim-jacked and not being able to contact Koodo I can’t do anything about it. The usual low level of spam/phishing junk I get has recently stepped up and I’ve seen some worrying messages that are clearly not intended for me. It might be nothing or it might be a sign that something nefarious is afoot.Can anyone help me get in contact with a rep so we can look at the account activity?Cheers
Hi team, I am bearing two koodomobile connections ********** and ********** . I have bill payment outstanding that I could not arrange the payment on time and my serices are suspended, I have travelled to India in Feb 2021 month and am stuck here duo to delta variate Covid cases rise in India, Canada Banned direct flights from India, I may travel back only after the flight services are resume back to Canada from India. During this time am going through with very tough time mentally, emotionally and financially, I request Koodomobile, please help me with sort of COVID discount to pay outstanding bills and resume my services with koodomobile. I’m currently overseas in Israel and cannot connect my Koodo sim to any of the mobile providers.My phone works well with a local SIM.I don’t have Easy Roam enabled as I just want to receive an urgent OTP SMS. I tried restarting my phone multiple times as indicated in other similar questions but it doesn’t help. When selecting to try to automatically connect to a network is just fails after a while.
I am 5 days into my cycle and I got a text saying I’ve used over 5G. I’ve never used 5 G in a wholemonth before. When I check on self serve it shows that I’m at 6521/10240, but when I click on view details it shows I’ve only used 518.1641 MB. That’s a pretty massive difference. Which one will Koodo use? Will j get overage charges if the first one is wrong or will it use the detailed number? This is my first month with Koodo so I’m not sure if I should be calling them or if someone can help me here. My data works fine and I have good service. But everytime I go to make a phone call it is just silent. No rings go through, nothing happens. My boyfriend's phone is the same thing. He is on my plan. We both have an Huawei, different phones but same plan. I can't get in contact with Koodo considering I can't call and there's no way to chat online with someone. I can call fine when i am not in this specific town, what is going on? What do I do.
i tried to get my phone activated through koodoo and i gave them my credit card info for the $5.00 sim card charge,which they gladly accepted.But a few minutes later they sent me an email saying “ We regret to inform you that we couldn't process your order, because we were unable to validate some of your credit file information. For this reason, your order has been cancelled”. it’s strange that they accepted my credit card to pay for the sim card ( If you made an upfront payment, you'll receive a refund that should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days ) but refused me on the grounds of bad credit?( For more details about your credit information, we advise you to contact Equifax or TransUnion directly. We won't be able to approve any further orders until your credit profile is updated.).
Bonjour, J’essaie à maintes reprises de pouvoir parler à un technicien pour savoir s’il est possible d’avoir les détails du téléphone à l’achat ( état de la batterie, qualité de performence etc etc..) mais sans succès. Est-ce que vous le savez , car ce n’est pas marqué dans l’entente également.Merci
So over three months now I have had little to know phone service with my cell phone. I have done a factory reset with a Koodo tech. I have switched my 5G to run of of 3G because my home phone is though Koodo and runs of of the 3g network without problems but that still hasn't helped my cell. Looking for suggestions on what might help or what to do next. Really getting tired of paying for service that doesn't work.
Hello,Is it possible to extract a call history of incoming and outgoing calls to a particular number number / contact? I am looking to export a pdf of my call history with a single contact in my phone. I do not wish to download a complete call history of my Koodo phone number as that would include 10 to 20 times the incoming/outgoing calls.Thank you,Kat
