inconvienience for new customer


koodo took mins i didn't use then today sent message that they replaced them and still i have nothing. very inconvienient for my 2 year old and i.

If you minutes have not been properly re-instated, I would advise giving Koodo a call

Koodo doesn't "take minutes". If you're on a post-paid account, you only have a set amount of minutes for your billing cycle. After that, you start to build an overage. If you have a pre-paid account, then your minutes will be deducted from your calls.
