I received a call from credit collector and informed that someone used my id to open a koodo account for long time. I tired to contact koodo but no way to get in touch with a real person. Is there anyway to talk to Koodo and solve the problem? or how to get in touch with the fraud department of koodo?

You can try sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out if you're not a Koodo customer. Or go to Koodo.com/chat to request a callback.
