I recently changed my phone number and now calls and texts do not work. On my Koodo account it reads the number i changed it to and on my phone it hasn’t changed the number and is still using the old number. Can someone please help.

It was a new phone number
It has been 1 day since your last reply and I assumed it hasn’t worked? have you tried to follow nim4156 suggestion above to restart the phone and reset network settings?
If those don’t work, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. Facebook messaging is probably the best way https://www.facebook.com/Koodo
