I recently changed my phone number and now i cant make calls or texts

 I recently changed my phone number and now calls and texts do not work. On my Koodo account it reads the number i changed it to and on my phone it hasn’t changed the number and is still using the old number. Can someone please help.

It has been 1 day since your last reply and I assumed it hasn’t worked? have you tried to follow nim4156 suggestion above to restart the phone and reset network settings?
If those don’t work, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. Facebook messaging is probably the best way https://www.facebook.com/Koodo

Step#1 Take the SIM out. Put it back in. Reboot and see if it works.

Step #2 If step #1 did not work, reset your Network setting, reboot and see if it works

Step #3 If both previous steps did not work, ask for a callback and speak to a koodo rep

How did you change your number? was it a new number or a number from another carrier?

If you ported the number from another carrier, I would suggest you check the status of the porting in selfserve. The issue could be from an incomplete port.
