I need to unsuspend my phone but the self serve page appears blank.


Hi everyone, Is anyone else having issues where they are seeing the mobile phone page as blank? I've found my phone (which I suspended while looking for it) and I need to unsuspend it so I can use it again...but I can't seem to do it online because the page has nothing but white space when I click to it. Is this temporary? Anyone know what's going on? Thanks!

Call Koodo customer service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) and they will help you. It's free even if there is no problem with Self Serve, because the law (The Wireless Code) says so.
