Hello. Can you tell us what happened? Now unfortunately is after hours. You'll have to wait until tomorrow morning if it must be a supervisor regardless.
Are you able to privately message me? Or get someone to private message me?

I'm afraid that's not a thing on here. If there's private info or you're not comfortable you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out. Be aware though that there might be a bit of a wait time over 9am tomorrow but you will be able to speak with someone.
I have already message through twitter and facebook and got no reply! This is making even more angry then I already am about this situation.

How long has it been since you sent a message? They've apparently been swamped and are delayed in responding. You could always call 611 right at 9am tomorrow morning. Your wait time will be shortest then. Customer support is closed at 9pm and at this time it's quite uncommon to see a supervisor level person on the forum.
Been a while now. I even sent a email due to wanting to get this corrected right away
