Have you successfully logged into self serve previously?  Are you a new customer?

@Nadine Brown - if you follow the steps in this link for Koodo Assist, you should be able to reset your Self Serve account: https://koo.do/SSreg  

Please let us know if that works. If for some reason it doesn’t, we’ll need you to send us a private message on our Facebook page, so we can authenticate you as the account owner and help reset it manually.
