I Need help with porting my number!!!!!!


I Joined Koodo on Sat but the rep entered an incorrect pin # to port my number, hours & hours on hold just to have to be hung up on and when I did get through with the help of the rep at best buy they denied us to change anything and they will only resubmit with the info they have from Sat...?????  3 days now  no texting or receiving calls and no help with a 2min fix.. HELP!!!!!!

So the bestbuy person submitted the wrong PIN and your number is still with previous carrier?
Can you use your phone with the previous carriers? and is your koodo selfserve active?

Uhm wait, you made me confused. Your data worked and you can called out with Koodo now? If so, the porting has been initiated, not cancelled. I would suggest you turn off the phone and turn on again after few hours and see if it is completed. You could also contact Koodo for help, but help line is flocked with calls right now.
