I am moving from Quebec to Manitoba, so I’m guessing I will need a Manitoba number and I’m not sure if I can keep my plan, who can answer those questions ?

Thanx

You're allowed to keep the same phone number!

Will it be a long distance for people trying to call me locally ?

If anyone is on an older cell phone plan that can only call locally yes. Most plans now though are all Canada wide now though so it shouldn't be a problem for most people.

Alright, I’ll keep the same phone number and just change the billing address. Hopefully it won’t be a problem.

Thanx Allan

We moved from Ontario to NB in 2014- both kept our same numbers and never had any issues, we moved back to Ontario in 2019- but not to our local area (military family) and still haven’t had any issues with us having numbers from outside our areas.
