I lost my phone!!!


I lost one of the two phones on my account tonight. I tried to use self serve to suspend service until i can retrace my steps but it wants to suspend the other phone. I need to suspend the one ending in 10 asap!

Hi Hayley, sorry you lost your phone! Soon you will be able to suspend it in self-service but for now you still need to contact Koodo. Fastest is private message on Facebook, they'll be able to help you in the morning. Hope you find it back soon!

I just went to try this on my account and had the same problem.

Once on the report lost or stolen screen.  Go to the top right and there should be a drop down menu to select the correct phone number.

Note that if you report it stolen, and then you find the phone, you will need to call koodo to get the device unblacklisted.  If you report it lost, you should be able to come back and reactivate it (but I am unable to test this which out reporting my phone lost first and I am scared to do that)
