Question

I keep receiving French email from Koodo Customer Services.


Today I called Koodo regarding this matter and the representative  let me know the content of the email.  Then I received another French email from Koodo and this is very annoying and feeling  insecure.   Why Koodo keeps sending French email even if I tell them to fix.?  
How I let them fix this 

And is there anybody who can translate this French email? :

Is the rest of your self serve in French, do you live in Quebec, when you call 611 is the automated voice in french of is your voicemail in french?
