As a company koodo offers all the same beneficial services like the self serve app, paperless billing and solid customer service. Having recently switched from bell, the thing that attracted me to koodo the most was that koodo offers more data for less than the other guys. With smart phones all average consumer cares about is how much data they have, majority of ppl don't use the calling minutes during the day. With the new customers having to sign up for a 2 year contract there is no reason logical reason why not to sign up with koodo as you simply get more. The majority of people I know that are still with the other guys is because their old contracts that used to be offered with tons of data have been grandfathered along. For new customers koodo is a very attractive service but from my experience tend to be taken less seriously due to the little wrestler marketing campaign. It comes off as a bit childish and makes koodo seem like a little guy scrapping for a piece of the pie rather than a company that deserves to be there based on their level of service. A more professional commercial explaining the contracts available would be more effective. Currently the commercials do speak about the tab but nobody really cares about that the only concern is how much is my monthly bill and how much data will I have. As well good to mention the discount for bringing over your own device. Keep up the good work.
