I have no Internet connection and can't receive or send messages. Help

Are you talking about sending and receiving picture messages or text messages? For pictures messgaes, data needs to be on in order to send/receive. Otherwise, is your bill pastdue? Your service could be suspended This is a public forum and to contact a Koodo rep, you need to call 1-866-995-6636
