I have been on hold for a total of 3 hours

I have been on hold for a total of 3 hours. Waited an hour to speak to someone for an hour. Fine I get it wait times can be long. Have been transferred to another department to make changes to my account and have been waiting for 2 HOURS. Unacceptable. Guessing it has more to do with the fact that you have agreed to price match a competitor.

I've been on hold for 2 hours as well 
I've been on hold for 3 hours but I'm happy that I got the 10gigs deal

What change are you trying to make? If it's not too time sensitive, you can just send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it will be sorted out likely in 1-2 days.
