I have a question about my tab(s)

Why do I now have to worry about calling customer service if I have a question to ask about your billing and tab practices? That doesn't sound that "friendly" compared to the advertising you do. I want to know why I'm being set up with two separate tabs when I'm paying for my two accounts on one bill. I would prefer to have my tabs combined, thus reducing the amount owing on my tab. Makes sense, no?

You don't have to worry about calling CS, unless you need answers which require you to submit your personal account information. As for the two separate tabs, I posted an idea about combining tabs months ago, but there didn't seem to be a big enough demand. And now, with different tab options, combining tabs would require additional consideration (mainly, regarding the plan price points).

I'm not sure why you are worried about calling CS? It's free... unless you ask them to change something you can easily do yourself 🙂 But we (we=forum participants) are quite capable of answering most of your questions 😃 Yes, it sure makes sense to combine the tabs, I suggest you post that as a suggestion... you never know, they might pick your idea to implement. Koodo just implemented two of my ideas so they DO listen to us!
Perhaps because some of the wording on the website states if you call in to do something you can do online you will be charged a fee.
Exactly! So you can't be sure if you'll be charged for asking a question such as mine. Personally, I don't think it's worth taking a $35.00 chance.
It is always free to ask a question. You are only charged if you make changes to your account.

Interesting, because I look at the website and see: "if you decide to call Customer Service, fees on select services will apply" It then goes on to mention fees for account setup (activation), mobile phone exchange, phone number change, rate plan change, name change (transfer of ownership), changing add ons and reconnection fees. Nowhere do I see anything that suggests you will be charged simply for asking questions.
