I had my phone stolen and I just got a new phone and a new plan with a different provider (Freedom mobile) I don’t have my old phone but I kept my old number. How do I get my number from Koodo to Freedom?

You have to initiate the port from your new carrier Freedom mobile.
However, as Koodo will send a verification text to your SIM (which you mentioned that you lost), you will have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to bypass that.
