No idea where this should go and that upgrade survey wouldn't recieve my mms. But the rep at the Edmonton City Centre location who helped me was awesome: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, really great customer service. It was unfortunate this location did not having my desired phone model. He transferred me over to the Kingsway location via phone (also disclosed my name for their info). The rep who helped me at this location was the exact opposite: bored, sloppy, nonchalant, unprofessional, (forgot I was coming). The singular most disgusting customer service experience in my enitre life also happened here. At the beginning of the transaction, he sneezed directly into his palm and proceeded to touch my ID card, new phone and papers as if I hadn't noticed. My background is health/medicine and I was extremely, extremely put off, especially since it's flu season now. If not for my immediate need of a phone, I would have left right away. In general, I'm really offput by this and I certainly hope I never have to personally deal with a 1/2 chance of encountering an extremely unprofessional rep from Koodo. My next visit to such a service may be elsewhere. Otherwise, thanks for reading and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
