I forget my four digit number I had to make when I got my phone. How can I make a new one?

You might have to provide more intail. What did you use this 4 digit # for?

It's probably the PIN #. The rep has to input something in that field on the very first screen during activation to continue with the credit evaluation, at which point the rep will ask the customer what they want it to be. A lot of people forget... so Lisa, you'll have to call customer service and have them reset. They're going to ask a bunch of personal questions relating to your account to confirm it's you and then you can select a new one.
Yes that's what it was the PIN #.. Ah man I hate calling in but whatever okay perfect thank you so much!! 🙂
