I dont have any of the information it asks for to transfer my number

It is asking for information about my previous phone I never even had. What do I do?

I'm assuming you're porting the number in? Well for starters, it needs to be active. As for the information you need, the account # is the best one to use. It would be on your old bills, on their online account maintenance program, or with the paperwork you signed when you first activated.
