hello koodo before i left canada i already cancel my plan and why until now they keep charging me,it's almost 6 month,,if you can call me in this number *** you guys needs fix this,,

First of all, I advise you to avoid posting personal information like your phone number, address or account number.

Second, I managed to find your account in the system and I must inform you that is not cancelled, it is only suspended.
