how to validate sim card


I just changed my sim card now my phone is saying sim card not valid

Hi Arthur, When you got the sim card, was it activated beforehand? If not you will need to activate the card via self serve. Log in - Select Mobile Phone - Select Swap Mobile Phone (Under New Phone) - then click on New Sim Card in my current phone - enter in the sim card number then follow the next steps and finish on the confirmation page.
