How to upgrade?


I was curious if there is anyway to find out on Self Service if I can upgrade my phone since I'm on a iphone 3 year contract?

To get the most accurate answer call Koodo customer service (its a free call) and find out is your final date. technically you can upgrade anytime even though you are on a 3 year contract. It will cosy you $20 a month times the number of months left on your contract. Hope that helps 🙂

I'm pretty sure Koodo never did it that way... I think it's Retail price of phone - price paid in store = device subsidy. That # is divided by 36 months then * months remaining in term and you'll get the cost to cancel/switch over to the Tab.
