Hi, I have two phone numbers attached to one Koodo account and I need to move one of them into a separate and private account. I did pay for my daughter phone during her school time and now that she is a professional and have a job, I would like to move her phone into a separate account.

The account owner has to contact Koodo and inform them the intention.
Initial contact may be done via a callback or via a private Facebook/Tweeter. message
You later contact koodo to create a new account and transfer your daughter’s number over
The account owner needs to do a ‘transfer of ownership’ ( $10 fee).
