How to know the status of your contact number?

Hi Mark,

What do you mean the status of your contact number?
Yes mister I want to know if it is still active here in koodo. Coz I changed my carrier

Did you port/transfer out your number to your new carrier?

Then, once your porting is completed, Koodo will send you a final bill after your regular billing date includes remaining tab balance, overage charges and credit if any.

You can access your self service for 90 days after you canceled your account.
So, you can check your status there 🙂

Hi Mark! When you port-in or out your number, it usually takes a few hours to be completed. There are some exceptions when it can take one or two days, but that is rare. If your port-out is still not complete, you'll need to contact your new carrier so that they can investigate. If you just wanted to make sure your Koodo account was closed, then Mayumi's answer is where its at 🙂
