Are you a postpaid customer or a prepaid customer?
VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling features are not available to prepaid customers, currently.
The VoLTE service might need to be added to your plan/account. Contact Koodo by sending a private message via Facebook Messenger or a direct message via Twitter. Or schedule a callback using Koodo Assist (koodo.com/chat). After entering your phone number and a brief description of the problem, type #socialtech to view the callback schedule.
