I closed my Koodo account in November 2020. Now that I’m trying to access my account to have access to my statements for filling my taxes, I found out that my access to self-service was removed. I checked one month about and it was still working.
How do I get access to my 2020 statements?
You can access your self serve for 90 days after you cancelled your account.
Since it is past this time, you will need to contact Koodo. You can contact Koodo by sending them a private message via Facebook or Twitter
