How much longer until my plan expires?


Where can I view how much longer until my current plan expires? Also, it says my tab balance is : -65 ... What does that mean? Thanks!

It seems like you are on a monthly service. Do you mean the closing date of your bill cycle? We cannot access accounts here. Check your bill and see when the bill date is. That is the end of the bill cycle.

Your plan doesn't expire until you switch to different plan. (I still have an old $ 20 plan) About tab balance : You still owe Koodo $65. But it will pay down by 10% or 15% of your monthly bill each month 🙂

You can also earn Tab credits that will lower your Tab balance by referring friends to Koodo!

What plan do you have? You can keep your plan until you switch to a new plan.

When you joined Koodo, it seems you received a subsidized phone. At that point, you opened a Tab with Koodo with an outstanding balance. For every month that you maintain service with Koodo, you Tab balance decreases by a certain percentage (10%-15%). If you close your account or switch to another mobile company, then you would owe Koodo the outstanding balance on your Tab for receiving the phone subsidy. Your current plan never expires. You can continue to pay for that plan indefinitely even after your Tab has been paid off. You're also free to switch to another plan if you prefer.
