how long does it take to terminate my account? Is it available anytime?I already get the bill

Hi Youngeun Im, You can terminate the account at any time, but you'll still need to pay until the next bill (current month) plus any remaining tab 🙂

Hi there... You Koodo account will be scheduled to be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle, as Sophia said, you will see in your final bill the remaining of the TAB and any extra usage if ANY... You need to call Koodo to process this, you will get all the info on that call... Is there any reason why you are cancelling? is there something that Koodo can do for you? Expose your case, there is always a solution!
